Got Questions?

FREQUENTLY ASKED

QUESTIONS

Do I need any experience to join?

No experience is needed for most of our programs. We have classes designed specifically for beginners, and our coaches are skilled at teaching from the ground up.

What age can kids start training?

We accept kids as young as 6 years old in our Little Champions program.

How many classes per week should I attend?

We recommend 3 sessions per week for beginners. Competitive students typically train 4–6 days per week with structured periodization.

What should I bring to my first class?

Wear comfortable athletic clothing and bring water. We provide equipment for your trial class — you don't need to purchase anything yet.

Is martial arts safe for kids?

Yes, absolutely. We provide a safe and structured environment with controlled training. Our focus for kids is on discipline, confidence and proper technique not aggression.

Will martial arts help improve fitness and confidence?

Yes. Regular training improves strength, stamina, flexibility, and overall fitness. It also builds confidence, focus and mental discipline over time with Skillset.
